Generate new customers within assigned territory
Service and expand business of existing customer base
Serve as a single point of responsibility for customer requests and requirements
Write and submit timely, accurate and professional bid proposals
Follow up on all sales leads in a timely manner
Maintain a sound knowledge of and promote company products and services
Identify, organize and select product mix based on customers needs
Work with marketing team to determine strategic efforts based on competitive analysis and market trends to maximize sales efforts
Support the local engineering and architectural community by providing customer needs analysis, system layouts and designs
Track and provide accurate sales information to company management through CRM
Make sales presentations as required or requested
Negotiate with suppliers and vendors and determine pricing, freight costs and terms
Consistently work with management to develop a competitive pricing structure
Attend job related training, as offered by the company as well as self driven learning efforts
Acquire proficiency certifications as needed for the job
Mentor, train and share knowledge with others as required

Requirements :

A Bachelors Degree with an emphasis in business, marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience in IT/ Telecommunication sales
Knowledge of enterprise voice and data solutions including wired and wireless IP communications, unified communications, contact centers and video solutions
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Skype for Business, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Effective verbal, written and presentation skills
Professional, reliable, highly organized and punctual
Customer service and team oriented with a can do attitude
A clean driving record
